These tools are accessible to athletes, coaches, and parents and feature intuitive dashboards. For example, you can manage your team’s schedules and events with MeetPro. You can also track athletes’ results and see live highlight videos.
For AthleticLIVE, you will need to download and install the HyTek Database Connection plugin. Once you have done so, the software will automatically import data into AthleticLIVE. However, there are some additional steps that need to be performed. The first step is to import competitor numbers into the system. After that, you must select the divisions. You must also ensure that the names of the divisions match those in the meet management software.
The next step is to upload your athletic events using meet management software. Some tools allow you to import your event list directly from AthleticLive, while others require you to do so through the administration portal. Once uploaded, you can also add events, set split definitions, and exclude teams from scoring. Finally, you can customize your results and display them in different formats.
AthleticLIVE supports FTP uploads. It also allows users to upload results and heat sheets. However, many users have reported that FTP uploads don’t work properly. For this reason, AthleticLIVE recommends that you use Publish to Disk.
